Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They're a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Studies show that oats and oatmeal have many health benefits. These include weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and a reduced risk of heart disease.
Oats contain large amounts of beta-glucan, a type of soluble fiber. Beta-glucan partially dissolves in water and forms a thick, gel-like solution in the gut. The health benefits of beta-glucan fiber include reducing LDL and total cholesterol levels, reducing blood sugar and insulin response and increasing feeling of fullness and the growth of good bacteria in the digestive tract.
When you shop for oats, you'll see several types on the store shelves. They're all based on "oat groats", which are the whole oat kernel.
Instant oats: Oat groats that have been steamed and flaked.
Rolled oats(also called regular or old-fashioned oats): Oat groats that have been steamed and rolled into flakes that are thicker (and thus take longer to cook) than instant oats.
Steel-cut oats (also called Irish oats): You get the whole oat kernel, cut up. These take about 20 minutes to cook.
Scottish oats : These are like steel-cut oats, but instead of being cut, they are ground.
Oat groats: This is the whole oat kernel - no cuts, flakes, or grinding. They take longer to cook than other oats. Give them 50-60 minutes to cook, after you bring the water to a boil.
You can cook oatmeal on your stove top, in your microwave, or in a slow cooker. "Overnight Oats" are also popular. These are oats that are soaked overnight in a liquid like milk or yogurt.
Also, they can be made into many different types of food like Fruit Oatmeal, Chia Seed Oatmeal, Yogurt Oatmeal, Nuts Oatmea and so on. They are also a great combination with Grain Cheerios, Corn Flakes and Grain Balls.

5 Things to Know About Portable Power Stations |

These pricey battery-powered devices are the only type of generator that can be used indoors safely
Since generators emit carbon monoxide, they require that you take critical safety measures, including running the device outside, at least 20 feet away from any structure.
But in an age when we can charge our smartphones with a battery pack that fits inside a pants pocket, shouldn't there be a simpler way to restore power in the wake of a storm? Or, say, power a campsite without the constant hum of a gas-fueled generator?
Such is the promise of portable power stations, also known as battery-powered inverter generators. Essentially, they're oversized rechargeable batteries—about the size of a countertop microwave oven—that you plug into a typical 110-volt outlet to top off.
How We Test Portable Power Stations
In our labs, CR test engineers evaluate five key measures to rate portable outdoor power stations: runtime, power delivery, power quality, ease of use, and noise.
To test runtime, we run a constant 300-watt load to simulate powering a TV and a few lights. We also hook each battery up to a side-by-side refrigerator to see how long it lasts. The best model in our tests powered the fridge for 44 hours on one charge (the worst only managed for 13 hours). For power delivery, or how well a model can maintain voltage when tasked with different loads, we use a variety of devices, including a 1⁄2-horsepower submersible pump and a 10,000-BTU air conditioners.
We also judge noise output and found that, as a category, these batteries run quietly: All the models we tested earned an Excellent score for noise.
Below, our experts share some pros and cons on using portable power stations. See how the most popular models fared in our ratings, and check our generator buying guide to compare portable power stations to other types of generators.
1. They Can’t Deliver Nearly as Much Power as Gas Generators
As with their gasoline-fueled counterparts, portable power stations require a transfer switch should you wish to power bank things such as your furnace, overhead lights, or any thing else in your home that’s hardwired.
But while a recreational inverter generator would probably keep the TV and a few lights on for 8 to 13 hours on one tank of gas, you'd see anywhere from 3 to 9 hours of power, under the same circumstances, with a portable power station.
And you won't be able to run, for instance, your power-guzzling well pump.
2. They Take Awhile to Charge
In our tests, most of these models require hours of charging (typically overnight) to provide you with a full battery and max runtime.
So—assuming you fully charged the battery before a predicted weather event—a portable power beauty device station could give you hours of electricity to run a refrigerator or another essential appliance.
But Trezza notes that once the battery is dead, if you’re without power and minimal sun, there’s no way to recharge.
3. Charging With Solar Panels Can Be Iffy and Lengthy
If you're dealing with an outage or you're otherwise off the grid, charging the power station via solar panels is your only option—and that's provided you have good sun and no obstructions.
In our tests, we found that the solar panels can add to the runtime, but that might only amount to an extra hour or two of power with larger appliances.
4. They’re Not All That Portable
Portable power stations are about the size of an average microwave oven, but they're fairly heavy—most in our tests weigh more than 80 pounds.
That means you'll likely need an extra pair of hands to lift one into the trunk of your car. Some of the models come with wheels, but not all wheels are large in size, which makes rolling them across a lawn difficult.
5. They Don’t Come Cheap
The portable power stations we tested cost between $1,500 and $3,500. And our best portable gas generator costs less than the worst portable power station.
Before buying one of these power stations, consider if you might be better served by a portable generator. In the event of a outage, you can continue to add fuel, and portable generators typically provide enough power to keep larger appliances running. Check out our buying guide on generators to learn which type might best suit your needs.
Generator Tips
Damaging storms can happen at any time. On the 'Consumer 101' TV show, host Jack Rico learns from Consumer Reports’ expert, Paul Hope, how to avoid being left in the dark during a power outage.

The vape is a well-known concept from the twenty-first century that is linked to smoking in a novel way. The vape is similar to smoking different forms of vaporizers (synthetics) with modern technology devices. Vape pens, e-cigarettes, e-juice, e-fluids, and vape cartridges are among the vape products. The vape cartridge is made up of distilled liquid that has been extracted from cannabis, and a great package can be seperate into several different parts such as Vaporizers Packaging, Vape Pen Packaging and Vape Battery Packaging.
Benefits of Vape Cartilage Packaging
Vape packaging can not only shield put items from all forms of damaging factors, but it can also be used to promote the products on the market. There are a variety of specific printing and lamination options available for these boxes that can effectively help brands ensure a dynamic branding theme on the packaging, in addition to their logo and other types of advertising graphics, in order to attract more and more customers and increase sales in the most efficient manner. All food producers trust these boxes because they have the best results during the sales process.
Perfect in Size
The size of any packaging is the first consideration. Packaging boxes dictate how much space products take up, from shipping space to space consumed in markets. Vape cartridges are usually smaller items that take up less room. However, since these come in a variety of flavors, it might be advantageous to bundle them together in a single box. This way, you're basically giving your customers more choices. Aside from that, the size is essential from a security standpoint.
In summary, it is necessary to use a package when sending vape as a gift, and it may be better to cover another paper bag or paper box like Paper Folding Box, Magnetic Box, Drawer Box, Paper Bags with Handles, etc. to show your respect.

Shotcrete is concrete (or sometimes mortar) conveyed through a hose and pneumatically projected at high velocity onto a surface, as a construction technique. It is reinforced by conventional steel rods, steel mesh, and/or fibers. Shotcrete equipment allows for the projection of a concrete mixture at high pressure. Shotcrete equipment includes a mixer, an additive pump, compressor, sprayer arm and control system, and is usually found on a motorized chassis. This equipment is used in trenchless installation.
The difference between shotcrete and plastering, which is also often produced by a mechanical method this is a high degree of compaction due to the use of special equipment and the compressed air pressure of at least 4 at and a volume of at least 3 m3/min. Also, it is necessary to distinguish shotcrete (maximum filler diameter up is to 10 mm) and jetcrete or shotcreting (more than 10 mm graded).
Mechanized wet-mix spraying is the most efficient method for projects with high shotcrete production. It is primarily applied for underground works in order to increase operator safety. The concrete is introduced into the hopper of the concrete pump and transported through the concrete line to the spraying nozzle, where it is mixed with compressed air and accelerator to be sprayed on the substrate.
And concrete pump has the feature of low pulsations for a constant concrete flow. The concrete pump is in charge of conducting the concrete mixture up to the nozzle of the spraying arm. Wet-mix shotcrete is usually pumped with double piston pumps.
The pump design is aimed at minimizing the pulsations and thus the discontinuity of the concrete flow, in order to guarantee a homogeneous application of the sprayed concrete. In this way, the required quality and layer thickness is achieved, and rebound (concrete that does not stay on the wall) is reduced.
Except the pump, there are some Shotcrete Machine commonly needed in the production like Concrete Spray Machine, Beam Bending Machine, Rust Removal Machine, Ditch Forming Machine, Curbing Machine, Canal Making Machine, Ditch Paving Machine and Concrete milling machine.
For shotcrete, there are several necessary conditions such as special shotcrete equipment, which in one way or another provides the movement of the shotcrete mix in the spray nozzle, a source of compressed air to accelerate the shotcrete mix and give it with the necessary speed for subsequent application to the surface and compaction, source of mixing water (for dry shotcrete) and trained specialist-gunman (nozzleman) or the operator of the shotcrete mix application on the surface. The shotcrete mix of a special recipe that takes into account the requirements for the properties of the shotcrete and the features of the shotcrete equipment operation.
Shotcrete is used when:
repair works: repairing concrete, reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures, elimination of construction defects, restoration of protective coating
mining industry: ground reinforcement, for example, shaft walling
soil stabilization in overland development: construction pits, slopes, hillslopes, coastlines
construction: in the construction of hydraulic structures and tanks, swimming pools, shells, thin-walled structures (for example, domed structures, structures of 3D panels)
tunneling: arrangement of lining of tunnel crowns and collectors
waterproofing and sealing
processing industry: application of refractory shotcrete mixes and linings in metallurgy, cement, glass, and chemical industries
creation of objects of artistic purpose: artificial rocks, objects of nonlinear forms

Modern aluminum alloys have been improved. Round conductor prior to the mid 1970s was made of aluminum alloy 1350, which was essentially All Aluminum Alloy Conductor. It had undesirable mechanical characteristics such as a large coefficient of thermal expansion and a susceptibility to bending and creep failure. Many fires were reported with alloy 1350. The current alloy utilized for round conductor inside buildings is the 8000 series, which became commercially available in the mid 1970s. To improve its mechanical characteristics over pure aluminum, additional elements were added to the 8000 series. In addition, it undergoes an annealing process.
Aluminum is a proven, cost effective means to conduct electricity. The issues of the early aluminum alloy 1350 have been addressed in the 8000 series alloys, the proven connection methods and the connectors in use today. Aluminum and aluminum alloys should be considered as acceptable materials for All Aluminum Conductors in power circuits provided the correct series of material is used and appropriate design, installation, and connection techniques are utilized.
Aluminum Conductors are most commonly used for making cables. Cable, in electrical and electronic systems, a conductor or group of conductors for transmitting electric power or telecommunication signals from one place to another. Electric communication cables transmit voice messages, computer data, and visual images via electrical signals to telephones, wired radios, computers, teleprinters, facsimile machines, and televisions. There is no clear distinction between an electric wire and an electric cable. Usually the former refers to a single, solid metallic conductor, with or without insulation, while the latter refers to a stranded conductor or to an assembly of insulated conductors. With fibre-optic cables, made of flexible fibres of glass and plastic, electrical signals are converted to light pulses for the transmission of audio, video, and computer data.
The most common type of electric power cable is that which is suspended overhead between poles or steel towers. These aerial cables consist of a number of wires, usually of copper or aluminum, twisted (stranded) together in concentric layers. Copper or aluminum is chosen for high electrical conductivity, while stranding gives the cable flexibility. Because aerial cables are frequently subjected to severe environmental stresses, alloys of copper or aluminum are sometimes used to increase the mechanical strength of the cable, although at some detriment to its electrical conductivity. A more common design is to include in the stranded cable assembly a number of high-strength, noncorrosive steel wires. Many aerial cables, especially those operating at high voltages, are bare (uninsulated). Cables operating at lower voltages frequently have coverings of asphalt-saturated cotton braid, polyethylene, or other dielectric (nonconducting) material. These coverings offer some protection against short-circuiting and accidental electric shock.
Except that, there are also many types of cables like LV ABC Cable, MV ABC Cable, Solar Cables, Single Core Solar Cables, Two Cores Solar Cables, Power Cables, LV Single Core Power Cable, LV Multi Cores Power Cable, etc.

A food cart, or called Food Kiosk, Food Trailer(Round Food Trailer, Square Food Trailer) or Food Van, is a mobile food service operation that generally offers various types of fast food to walk-up customers. It may also be referred to as a mobile kitchen, a food booth, or a food kiosk. This type of street food is a popular staple in many cities around the world -- such as the hot dog carts in New York City, for example -- and is rapidly spreading to other locations due to its convenience factor, and the fact that it often represents a great way to get local, relatively inexpensive food rather than visiting a chain fast food restaurant. The cart may be self propelled, as in a food truck, or it may be towed by another vehicle.
In many cases, a food cart like Hot Dog Cart, Ice Cream Cart, Airstream Food Cart and Bike Cart will only offer one particular type of food. For instance, a taco truck is a relatively popular type of food cart, offering customers one very specific food, but in a number of different creations or combinations. Some might serve a few different types of foods, more similar to a rolling restaurant or bakery than a simple hot dog stand. Food carts exist for any meal of the day, with different ones offering selections for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In many cities, food carts are becoming an integral part of street culture, with people even taking food cart "tours" to visit the different options an area has to offer, or going on late-night searches to find the changing location of a favorite cart.
A food cart often represents an excellent and lucrative business idea. Operating costs are fairly low, and only require the purchase of the food cart, the ingredients for preparing specific dishes, and paying a limited staff; many cities will also require the vendor to purchase a license. Some food carts will also capitalize on late-night business in a city, parking outside of bars, for instance. This allows them to find built-in clientele without a great deal of advertising costs or effort.
Similar with a food cart, Food Truck is another kinds of mobile food service equipment. One of the most recognizable mobile restaurants, a food truck is a large vehicle with a kitchen on the inside. Staff prepares food in the kitchen and serves customers through a side window. With this type of restaurant, operators get the chance to travel to different locations and attract passersby with a variety of food items.

Wood pellet machine, also known as wood pelet press, wood pellet mill, it is popular in the world. With the development of biomass energy, there are several different production technologies to convert the biomass into heat and electricity. The wood pellet machine is the typical machine to do that. Wood pellet machine turns the raw materials into the high-efficient biomass fuel. What’s more, the conversion of raw material into more energy-dense forms facilitates transport, storage and use through the rest of the value chain. The future of the biomass is on continuous developing. The biomass fuel would like to replace the traditional fuel gradually. Besides, the wood pellet machine also provides chance to start business. So the wood pellet machine is more and more crucial for our life and industry.
Wood pellet machine is a kind of pellet machine for processing the raw materials like sawdust, wood, peanut shell, straw, leaves and so on. It is similar to Wood Chipper and Crushing machine. Nowadays, there are various different types of pellet mill in the market. And the typical two types are flat die pellet mills and ring die pellet mills. The wood pellet mill can process many raw materials whatever the size is big or not, and the pellet size also can be customized by the hammer mill. How does a wood pellet machine work? GEMCO will introduce the process of making wood pellets from homemade pellet mill and complete pellet plant.
Other pellet equipment like Feed Pellet Machine, Biofuel Pellet Line and Pellet Line Accessory Equipment are also widely used.
Another equipment for food producing like the wood pellet mill is called food processing equipment. Food Processing Machine is an umbrella term referring to the components, processing machines, and systems used to handle, prepare, cook, store, and package food and food products. Although this equipment is primarily aimed toward the transformation—i.e., increasing the palatability, consumability, and digestibility—or preservation—i.e., extending the shelf life—of food, some pieces of equipment are also employed to perform preliminary or auxiliary functions, such as handling, preparation, and packaging.
Employed for food and food product applications ranging from bakery goods to beverages and dairy to produce, a wide range of food processing equipment is available to execute the various unit operations necessary during a complete production cycle, such as washing, separating, mixing, baking, freezing, and sealing. Depending on the demands of the operation (and the overarching food processing application), this equipment can be designed and constructed to handle solid, semi-solid, or liquid food products by batch or continuously. Some of the other design considerations include the food grade material used for construction, hygienic and governmental standards, sizing, cost, and integration of automation or analytical components. Each of these characteristics can influence the performance and efficiency of the equipment, but choosing the optimal design and construction is dependent on the specifications and requirements of the particular food processing application.
While the wide range of food processing equipment available like Soap Making Machine, Mixing Machine and Packing machine can be classified and categorized in several different ways - e.g., end product form, mode of operation, application, etc.

Round Tin Cans, Square Tin Cans |

Although empty tins are generally called "Tin Cans", there are almost no modern tins that are produced solely from tin. The main reason why people call these empty cans "Tins" can be dated back to the late 20th century. Back then, cans were created out of tin-plated steel in order to combine the strength and affordability of steel with the corrosion resistance of tin.
Nowadays, empty tin cans are, generally speaking, crafted out of any thin metal. This can range from aluminum to steel or iron. Although not always, these small tin cans often come with a tin-plating. Ever since the 1960s, aluminum has by far become the number one choice for producing small tin cans. The reason behind this lies in the fact that it is cheaper and easier to form. Thanks to this, the manufacturing process has become less costly and less time-consuming compared to before. Therefore they can be made into many shapes like Round Tin Cans, Square Tin Cans and so on. Aluminum is known to offer the same resistance to corrosion which makes it a perfect replacement.
As for the bucket, of course we are well aware there are many choices when it comes to choosing buckets and containers like Plastic Bucket and Storage Steel Bucket. In terms of material, for instance, for many, many years the only option was some form of metal. Having said that, there was a time when buckets were made of wood, or hemp. Plastic really was the material of the 20th Century. And as the 21st Century beds in, it remains the perfect material for uses from the everyday to the industrial and commercial. We have thought through all options very carefully, and plastic remains the best solution for our buckets and containers.
First off, plastic is an incredibly strong, durable material. As well as containing an essential flexibility, it is extremely resilient, which is why it doesn't corrode, and can take so long to break down after use. Plastic can stand up to most climate circumstances and is much more resistant to the weather than many metal buckets, for instance. Plastic is likely to be resistant to the sun. The material can be adapted to combat extreme levels of UV light but even in its regular form it can stand up to a great deal of harsh treatment. And it doesn't need any Iron Bucket Accessories and Materials.
This essential adaptability of plastic quality means that higher density, hard-wearing plastic can be further resistant against dents, damage and impact. The same is true for chemicals. You will often find plastic buckets and containers used in industries such as catering, agricultural, construction and health - whether for mixing, or storing, chemicals - because the material is impervious to so many different chemicals.

With the rapid development of industry, a larger and larger range of Chemicals are invented and widely used in the production like Fluorine Chemicals.
Animals that eat fluorine-containing plants may accumulate large amounts of fluorine in their bodies. Fluorine primarily accumulates in bones. Consequently, animals that are exposed to high concentrations of fluorine suffer from dental decay and bone degradation. Too much fluorine can also cause the uptake of food from the paunch to decline and it can disturb the development of claws. Finally, it can cause low birth-weights.
Just like Fluorine Chemicals Lithium Chemicals are also commonly used. Lithium is the first of the alkalis in the periodic table. In nature it’s found like a mixture of the isotopes Li6 and Li7. It's the lightest solid metal, and is soft, silvery-white, with a low melting point and reactive. Many of its physical and chemical properties are more similar to those of the alkaline earth metals than to those of its own group. Between the most significant properties of lithium we find its high specific heat (calorific capacity), the huge temperature interval in the liquid state, high termic conductivity, low viscosity and very low density. Metallic lithium is soluble in short chain aliphatic amines, like etilamine. It's insoluble in hydrocarbons.
Lithium takes part in a huge number of reactions, with organic reactants as well as with inorganic reactants. It reacts with oxygen to form monoxide and peroxide. It’s the only alkaline metal that reacts with nitrogen at ambient temperature to produce a black nitrure. It reacts easily with hydrogen at almost 500oC (930oF) to form lithium hydride. Metallic lithium’s reaction with water is extremely vigorous. Lithium reacts directly with the carbon to produce the carbure. It binds easily with halogens and forms halogenures with light emission. Although it doesn’t react with parafinic hydrocarbons, it experiments addition reactions with alquenes substituted by arile and diene groups. It also reacts with acetylenic compounds, forming lithium acetylures, which are important in vitamin A synthesis.
The main lithium compound is the lithium hydroxide. It's a white powder; the manufactured material is monohydrate lithium hydroxide. The carbonate can be used in the pottery industry and in medicine as an antidepressant. The bromine and the lithium chloride both form concentrated brine, which have the property of absorbing the humidity in a wide interval of temperature; these brines are used in the manufactured air conditioning systems.
The main industrial use of lithium is in lithium stearatum form, as lubricant grease's thickener. Other important applications of lithium compounds are in pottery, specifically in porcelain glaze; as an additive to extend the life and performance of alkaline storage batteries and in autogenous welding and brass welding.
Except for the kinds metioned above, there are other chemicals especially for Electronic Grade Chemicals like Alumina Chemicals.

Pump Casing Casting |

The pump casing refers to the outside shell of the pump. It has to seal off the inside of the unit to the outside with respect to pressure and fluids. The structure of the casing differs depending on the type of pump. The casing of a centrifugal pump is visibly determined by the infeed and delivery of the flow to the impeller. Special importance is also attributed to the casing for these pumps because the gap between casing and impeller plays a major role in determining the efficiency of the pump. The Pump Casing Casting of a positive displacement pump, on the other hand, encloses the displacing elements such as the piston. In practice, all pumps already provide an indication of the pump type by the shape of their casing.
Double volute casings
Double volute casings were introduced to eliminate the radial thrust problems inherent in the single volute design. Test measurements do, however, indicate that while the radial forces in a double volute are greatly reduced, they are not completely eliminated.
In a double volute casing, the flow is divided into two equal streams with two cut-waters set 180 degrees apart. The total throat area of the two volutes is identical to that which would be used on a comparable single volute design. As such, a double volute casing design is actually a single volute with a splitter vane extending 180 degrees from what would be the single volute throat welling into the diffuser section, creating two equal scrolls, each with constant velocity at the pump BEP. The two volute sections still generate non-uniform pressures around the impeller at off-BEP flow rates but tend to cancel each other out to a large extent, as shown by the resulting lower radial loads. This is the main reason for using a double volute casing.
The hydraulic performance of double volute pumps is nearly as good as that of single volute pumps. Tests indicate that a double volute pump will be approximately one to one-and-a-half points less efficient at the BEP but will be approximately two points more efficient on either side of the BEP than with a comparable single volute pump. This means that a double volute casing will produce a slightly higher efficiency over the full range of the head-capacity curve than a single volute.
Double volutes are most common with larger-axial, split-case, double-suction impeller pumps, which also have lower-axial impeller loads. Double volute casings should not be used in smaller, low-flow pumps (below about 400 gpm). Since larger pumps are better candidates for double volutes, they should normally be selected for such service when available and if the application permits. The splitter vane in a double volute can cause blockage problems when handling solids, such as in wastewater applications, which would preclude their use in these applications.
Except that, there are other types of Pump Casing like Valve Parts Investment Casting, Pump Parts Investment Casting, Pump Cover Casting, Pump Impeller Casting, Machinery Parts Investment Casting and so on used widely in the industrial production.
